  1. More great pictures from your plastics haul, they look great and you should get some super games on the table with this collection.

    1. Thanks Donnie. There are a lot more than I first thought, having to work through the French, Prussians, Austrians and Russians as well as a small contingent of Bavarians. Just about there with the British.

  2. Serendipity! 1500 figures at 20 quid is a dream windfall. They are painting up very nicely too (plastics do repay a bit of attention, methinks). A whole war's worth of troops in the making!

    1. A wonderful aquisition indeed. The paintwork is basic but very neat. I have been adding detail and of course organising the figures and basing them. I am currently working through six regiments of French cavalry - and there's more!

  3. It is lovely to see these old figures still looking good. I don't think I had any of the Airfix Prussians though, were they a later set?

    1. Hi Martin. The Prussians were the last in the Airfix Waterloo series and unfortunately they only made the Landwehr infantry. They are nice figures, although a bit on the small side. I have more, but they will need a complete repaint.
